The Welcome Meeting is an information session for newly admitted international students organized at the beginning of each new semester by the International Relations Office together with student organizations. Both students admitted for a full study cycle and students from the Erasmus+ exchange program are invited to participate in the event.

Engineering Management is a unique study program that prepares future engineers to take on leadership roles in the rapidly changing world of business and technology. Students gain knowledge in engineering, economics, management, and modern technologies, learning how to optimize processes, implement innovations, and make decisions in complex environments.

During the meeting, Karolina will talk about how she explored job opportunities and the support she received from the Careers and Alumni Office, which played a key role in helping her find and land the right position.

Here’s what you can expect to learn:

• Karolina’s Job Search Story: Learn how she approached the job hunt and what resources helped her as a foreign job seeker.

• What Caught Her Eye: Discover which job offer stood out to her and why she chose to pursue it.

NeuroAton is an opportunity to develop innovative solutions that support the inclusion of neurodivergent perspectives in public spaces. As part of an open competition, students—supported by mentors—will tackle real challenges faced daily by neurodivergent individuals at Gdańsk University of Technology.

How can we effectively combine theory with practice, academic education with business realities, and modern approaches with social challenges? This question was addressed by students from six international teams who participated in the week-long event held at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Gdańsk University of Technology from March 31 to April 4, 2025, with participation from:
