The Project team from Gdansk University of Technology:

Goals
The AICOSERV project aims to establish an innovative and integrated Master-level curriculum that prioritizes the co-creation of public services through citizen engagement and evidence-based policymaking. The program emphasizes the integration of digital and analogue tools, AI-enabled innovations, and sustainability principles to foster a human-centered approach to public service delivery. Special attention is given to empowering vulnerable groups, addressing societal needs through AI, and mitigating the negative impacts of technology. The curriculum also highlights the importance of ethical, trustworthy AI systems and the creation of ecosystems that support collaborative public service improvement.

Objectives
To achieve its goals, the AICOSERV project includes developing joint admission and evaluation processes, designing integrated teaching strategies, and providing comprehensive student services such as language courses and visa support. Additionally, the project seeks to implement a joint promotion strategy, establish administrative and financial protocols, and create policies for degree recognition across partner institutions. It also focuses on building strong partnerships among higher education institutions and delivering the program in English. The dissemination of findings through academic publications and events ensures broader impact, while preparatory activities for program evaluation ensure its long-term viability.
