The Library at the Gdańsk University of Technology has expanded its collection of electronic resources by Statista database. It is one of the largest platforms in the world, which includes statistical data on 80,000 topics from over 22,000 sources.

In the latest ranking, Gdańsk Tech has been classified in the overall ranking and in six specific Sustainable Development Goals. In the general classification, last year's position in the range of 601-800 was maintained. The University of Gdańsk, the University of Warsaw and the Lodz University of Technology are also in the same range as Gdańsk Tech. Six Polish universities were classified in the range of 801-1000, five in the range of 1001+.
The project received funding from the National Agency for Academic Exchange "Welcome to Poland" program, which aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of universities in the area of servicing international students and employees. In addition to Gdańsk University of Technology's application, 35 projects from all over Poland received a positive formal and substantive assessment.
The event will take place on June 7-8, 2022 and will host over 10,000 participants and participants (5,000 on-site and an additional 5,000 online) - from 100 countries around the world.
