Professor Julita Wasilczuk, Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland
SEAS research project manager since 2008. Her entrepreneurship research focuses on entrepreneurial intentions, digital entrepreneurship and women's entrepreneurship. Vice president of the European Council of Small Business for Poland.

Professor Inga Lapina, Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management, Riga Technical University, Latvia
A scientist and expert with over 25 years of experience in higher education, research, and project management. She is passionate about delivering high-quality education that aligns with real-world business needs while fostering creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and innovative thinking among students. She strongly believes that out-of-the-box thinking, and creativity are essential for success in both business and life. Committed to enhancing the quality of education, she actively invests time in developing new study programs and improving existing ones
Professor Oleh Karyy, Department of Management of Organizations, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine
Ukrainian expert and scientist with many years of training and consulting experience for local governments and research institutions, specializing in strategic management, territorial marketing and role of universities in local development. Co-author of 25 development strategic plans for local territorial communities and an agglomeration, 9 municipal internally displaced persons integration programs. Author or co-author of more than 150 scientific publications.

Gdańsk University of Technology

Krzysztof Zięba, Ph.D., D.Sc., Eng., Gdansk Tech Professor
He works as a professor for the Department of Entrepreneurship at Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland. His scientific interests are focused on youth entrepreneurship, nascent entrepreneurship, family business, as well as small and medium size enterprises.

Magdalena Popowska, Ph.D.
Researcher and lecturer of Organization Science and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Gdansk University of Technology. For many years in charge of internationalization processes, between 2008-2016 as a Vice-Dean for International and Public Affairs and later as a Dean’s Proxy for International Cooperation. Visiting scholar at European and Chinese universities. Today, her research mainly focuses on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and entrepreneurship education. Participating in several EU projects (TEMPUS, INTERREG, Erasmus+) and an Intensive Programme (summer school) leader within Life Long Learning Program

Paweł Ziemiański, Ph.D.
An assistant professor at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology. His academic expertise lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship, psychology, and organizational behavior. His research focuses on exploring the darker aspects of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intentions and the cognitive processes that regulate decision-making and actions within entrepreneurial contexts.
Riga Technical University

Inga Jekabsone, Ph.D.
Vice-Dean for Research at the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management at Riga Technical University (Latvia)
Dr. Jekabsone is a highly experienced researcher with over 30 publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. She has extensive expertise in international projects, including Horizon Europe, Interreg, and Erasmus+. Her current research interests include online learning, inclusive education, subjective well-being, and citizen engagement.

Tatjana Nikitina, Ph.D., MBA
Docent, researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management at Riga Technical University (Latvia)
Dr. Nikitina is an experienced IT manager with over 20 years in the international banking and finance sector and holds an MBA with distinction from RTU Riga Business School. Her expertise lies in project management and process improvement. For the past 10 years, she has been working as a lecturer and researcher at Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management at Riga Technical University (Latvia) and RTU Riga Business School. Her scientific interests focus on education, organizational agility, and competence development.
