Department of Entrepreneurship is one of the youngest departments at the Faculty of Management and Economics, established in September 2010.
The department employs staff members from various departments and represents several scientific disciplines related to entrepreneurship. They specialize in economics, management, law, psychology, and other sciences that analyze entrepreneurship as a significant phenomenon. With the diversity of represented disciplines, the department conducts multidimensional research not only on entrepreneurship but also on entrepreneurs themselves and their business activities in Poland, Europe, and the world. The research also includes an analysis of the entrepreneur's environment.

Team The research activities of the department's staff are highly interdisciplinary, stemming from diverse academic backgrounds in economics, management, law, psychology, philology, sociology, and more. All the employees of our department share a passion for entrepreneurship and the legal, economic, and psychological environment in which entrepreneurs operate and manage their organizations. This subject matter allows us to combine knowledge from various fields and apply it to research on the most current trends related to entrepreneurship. With the diversity of disciplines we represent, we conduct comprehensive research on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs themselves, and their business activities in Poland, Europe, and the world. This research also encompasses an analysis of the entrepreneur's environment.

Education The department provides teaching activities for the majors of Economic Analytics, Economics, Management, and Engineering Management. It supervises bachelor's, engineering, master's, and doctoral theses.
