"OPENINNOPRO - Open Innovation Profile for Digital Transformation in the Baltic Sea Region"
The research project aims to identify and map the features of Open Innovation (OI) collaboration in the context of digital transformation. Based on the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework, the study establishes a competency profile containing a list of key competencies for managing and accelerating the shared exchange of knowledge supporting the Open Innovation model. Additionally, case studies and recommendations for implementation in various areas, including research, industry, policy, and education, are identified. Thus, the project contributes to the creation of intelligent environments in which companies successfully utilize open innovative collaboration systems.
