Scope of the research:
- Lean Thinking: improvement of enterprises (in various areas of their operation).
- Design Thinking: stimulating creativity and team problem solving
- Innovation as well as planning and development of new products.
Types of positions:
Stationary workstations, designed to work in project teams.
Laboratory equipment:
- Office equipment adapted to activities carried out in project teams.
- Materials for creative activities.
- Team game sets, including:
- Non-computer simulation game "Schreben" (inventory management in the HighMix LowVolume process) - in the PL and ENG language versions.
- Non-computer simulation game "Ugly sun" (designing the production process in accordance with the principles of Lean) - in the PL and ENG language versions.
Qualifications gained thanks to the laboratory:
Development of "hard" competencies in the areas determined by the scope of laboratory research (ie Lean Thinking, Design Thinking, Innovations). Development of "soft" competencies related to the ability to work in a team.
Laboratory offer:
Creating a common environment for the exchange of ideas, the joint generation of ideas and creative problem solving, as well as project work. The offer of the laboratory is directed primarily to students and enables flexible adaptation of the teaching space to the implementation of classes in small project groups. The laboratory can also be used as a meeting room (seminars, research clubs, meetings with representatives of the business world, etc.).
