I deal with generally understood business psychology, therefore at the Faculty of Management and Economics you can meet me on courses like Organizational Behavior, Management Psychology, Communication and Negotiation. My research interests are related to building and managing teams, with particular emphasis on teams perceived as diverse, in which openness to understanding the perspective of other people and effective communication plays a very important role. These two factors are the basis for building the trust needed to achieve your goals: professional, entrepreneurial or private life.
If it is important to you, what I like privately, the answer is extremely simple: any outdoor activity, at any time of the year, regardless of the weather, in a team or (surprisingly) solo too;)
