The workshop, titled “Job Market Trends and Career Management,” was conducted by Agnieszka Krzemień, an expert from the American company ManpowerGroup – a global leader in talent strategy, workforce transformation, and employment trends analysis.
During the class, students explored the key trends shaping today’s job market, discussed the competencies of the future, and reflected on how to consciously plan their professional development in a rapidly changing business environment.
As part of the workshop, ManpowerGroup kindly offered students complimentary access to the professional diagnostic tool – Career Guidance Report, based on the Focus Styles Assessment methodology.
