Business Challenge Marathon | Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology

This year, students attending the courses Principles of Management and Fundamentals of Management tackled real business challenges prepared by Beatrice Fauriez, CEO of Hermes Logistics, and Wojciech Trzebiatowski, Head of the Koliber Program at ORLEN. Elżbieta Karwowska, Ph D.  was responsible for the initiative's development, coordination, partner acquisition, and student preparation.

Participants worked on a company growth strategy for Francophone markets as well as on improving organizational processes, demonstrating how fresh perspectives and analytical thinking can meaningfully support the development of large organizations. The best teams received invitations to apply for internships at Hermes Logistics and the opportunity to take part in a certified Lean Management training course conducted by Wojciech Trzebiatowski at ORLEN’s headquarters.
