Summary of the 15th Qualitas Conference | Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology

The conference focused on excellence in project management, service and manufacturing process improvement, and the use of artificial intelligence. The presentations were extremely interesting and covered topics such as systemic improvements in project management, enhancement actions in operational management, creating patient experience strategies, and organizational structures of registration work in medical entities. Additionally, the topic of harmonizing rapid development with the cultural DNA of the brand was discussed. We also had the opportunity to listen to lectures on personal mastery and the use of rapid response strategies. The 15th edition of the Qualitas Conference was an event full of learning and practice, as well as an opportunity to make new, valuable connections.
