Gdańsk Tech has achieved international accreditation from ACEEU
This is currently the only accreditation that assesses the social impact of a higher education institution on its environment, the quality of collaboration with external partners, the implementation of social responsibility, including sustainable development goals. The accreditation process at Gdansk University of Technology started in October 2021 and consisted of several stages, including self-assessment reporting, site visits and evaluations, and the provision of required information. The assessment was conducted by an international panel of experts from Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, the United States, and Chile.
"The ACEEU accreditation received by Gdansk University of Technology is particularly important to us because the Third Mission of the University is as significant to us as research and education. PG can take pride in this recognition as one of the three universities in Poland and a few worldwide," said Prof. Dariusz Mikielewicz, Vice-Rector for Organization and Development.
