Choose a degree that combines the world of technology with leadership skills. The Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdańsk University of Technology is currently recruiting for the Engineering Management program, now available in both Polish and English (a new addition to the university’s educational offer).

Engineering Management is a unique study program that prepares future engineers to take on leadership roles in the rapidly changing world of business and technology. Students gain knowledge in engineering, economics, management, and modern technologies, learning how to optimize processes, implement innovations, and make decisions in complex environments.

A novelty in this year’s admission process is the English-language version of the program: Engineering Management. It's designed for individuals who want to study in an international environment, broaden their horizons, and prepare for work in the global job market.

The program emphasizes practical skills, teamwork, and real business challenges — all under the guidance of industry experts.

The English-language version of the program opens doors to an international career in multicultural environments, global companies, R&D centers, international institutions, and the modern technology sector.

A modern program for modern challenges
The curriculum is designed to meet real labor market needs and respond to dynamic economic changes. It combines technical knowledge with management practice – from the basics of economics and finance, through project management, to modern technologies, big data, and IT systems.

Students learn:

  • how to analyze and improve business processes,
  • how to implement new technologies in organizations,
  • how to make decisions under uncertainty,
  • how to lead teams and manage change.

Two specializations, one goal: modern management
During the program, you can choose a specialization tailored to your interests and career goals:

Organizational Process Management
This specialization focuses on the design, analysis, and optimization of business processes. You will learn methods such as lean management, quality management, logistics, and production. After completing the specialization, you will be able to diagnose problems, identify bottlenecks, and implement real improvements.
