OPTO 2023 Gdańsk Conference, July 17-21

OPTO 2023 Gdańsk Conference, July 17-21
You are cordially invited to participate in the OPTO 2023 Gdańsk conference, which will take place from July 17th to 21st at the Department of Metrology and Optoelectronics of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications, and Informatics, as well as at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Gdańsk University of Technology.

OPTO 2023 is an international conference organized annually by various student circles. The meeting focuses on optics, photonics, and related fields. We strive to provide students and young scientists from mainly Europe with an opportunity to present and discuss their latest scientific achievements. By inviting distinguished scientists from around the world as keynote speakers, we aim to establish a high scientific standard.

During the event, young scientists have the chance to not only broaden their knowledge through fascinating lectures but also gain valuable experience in presenting their research and enhancing their soft skills. Professional development plays a crucial role in the education of young scientists. To ensure that the conference has a significant impact on the careers of young researchers, we provide special sessions dedicated to these topics. It is also a unique opportunity to network, as the meetings gather a large number of students studying the same field.

This year, the conference will take place for the 18th time.
