The accreditation from AMBA for the International MBA Program was first awarded in 2015. Subsequent positive re-accreditations were obtained by the Faculty of Management and Economics in 2018 and 2023. They covered the International MBA Program and the Management specialization conducted in English (International Management), making them the only master's studies in Poland accredited by AMBA. The latest AMBA accreditation was granted for a period of 5 years, thus valid until 2028.
Obtaining a positive accreditation requires meeting a number of conditions. As far as MBA studies are concerned, the assessment includes professional experience of students (calculated in years) and career path of graduates. The infrastructure of the university, the quality and level of classes, the degree of internationalization, and even the appropriate size of the groups are also taken into account. International MBA Program, conducted by the Faculty of Management and Economics, was particularly appreciated by the AMBA Committee for its uniqueness, international lecturers, the formula of the classes (combining knowledge with case study analysis and practical classes), professional recruitment process and involvement of faculty authorities and management in their implementation. The close relation between the studies and business and entrepreneurs were also considered a huge advantage.
