Why is it worth it?
The Bachelor in Management program offers solid academic knowledge and, most importantly, an educational experience grounded in today’s global business environment. Classes are conducted in English by an experienced and international faculty. This enables students to learn how to communicate and work in the international language of business from the very first semester. Students also have the opportunity to learn Chinese, one of the key languages in today’s global economy.
The program's multicultural environment encourages the exchange of experiences and the development of intercultural competencies, which are essential in modern organisations. Classes take place in modern, well-equipped rooms, and the curriculum is based on current trends and challenges in management, such as digital transformation, sustainable development, and teamwork in a dispersed (remote or hybrid) environment.
We focus on a practical approach to learning. Students work on case studies, solve real managerial problems, and carry out team projects, which helps them learn how to combine theory with practice and act effectively in complex business situations.
Where can you work?
Graduates of the program find employment in various sectors of the economy, both in Poland and abroad. Their competencies are especially valued in manufacturing companies, service firms, international corporations, and trading companies. Many also work in the public or non-governmental organisations, where strategic thinking and project management skills are crucial. The program also prepares students for careers in financial and banking institutions, offering a strong foundation in economics and finance.

Fun fact:
Why do people pay several times more for shoes with the distinctive “swoosh” than unbranded ones that are just as comfortable?
It’s the power of the brand – a phenomenon with real value… including financial value.
Some brands are worth more than their actual physical assets. For example, the Coca-Cola brand is estimated to be worth over $50 billion, just for the name, logo, and what it represents in the minds of consumers. Interestingly, research has shown that people claim a drink tastes better if they know it’s Coca-Cola – even when they unknowingly drink something else!
This shows the enormous impact of emotions, associations, and brand loyalty—factors determining a product’s success (or failure) even before it hits the shelves.
