Invitation for a lecture by Michał Wiliński | Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology

Michał Wiliński is a Chief Technology Officer at Nexpertis, with over 8 years of experience specializing in business process optimization and digitalization within the corporate sector. As a technology leader, he manages teams of specialists and is responsible for the implementation strategy of advanced enterprise-grade systems based on low-code technology, with a particular emphasis on the WEBCON BPS platform. 

He possesses extensive experience in designing and deploying comprehensive solutions across key organizational pillars: from finance, controlling, and HR to production and logistics processes. In his work, he bridges deep system architecture knowledge with a practical approach to operational excellence. Michał helps organizations transform "information chaos" into structured and measurable digital workflows, focusing on solutions that deliver tangible efficiency gains while eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy in favor of business agility and velocity.
