Wioleta Kucharska Ph.D., D.Sc., Gdańsk Tech professor, awarded NCN project funding | Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology

We are proud to announce that  Wioleta Kucharska, Ph.D., D.Sc. Gdańsk Tech professor, has received funding for a research project in the NCN OPUS 29 for the project entitled „WOMEN in STEM: diversity, inclusion, and equality in TECH universities – 'role models' impact’”. Wioleta Kucharska, Ph.D., D.Sc., wants to identify and measure the impact of factors and experiences acquired by young women while studying STEM fields, which are directly linked to their career path choices. The project seeks to influence a change in the stereotypical perception of professional roles in the sciences by increasing the number of women who choose to pursue studies in STEM.
