Workshop “Small Habits That Can Change Your Life”
Workshops that provide mental support
This workshop is focused on building small, science-based habits that improve your energy, focus, and overall well-being – both in your studies and daily life. You’ll explore practical mental micro-practices such as:
- mindfulness,
- emotional check-ins,
- gratitude,
along with simple physical habits like short stretching routines and movement breaks. We’ll also introduce evidence-informed tools like habit stacking and the habit loop to help you design routines that actually stick.
By the end of the session, you’ll create your own 7-day micro-habit plan and leave with strategies you can immediately apply to manage stress, support productivity, and maintain balance.
Who can participate in the workshops?
The workshop is open to all students who want achievable, realistic ways to take better care of themselves. Registration is required, number of places is limited. Please register here
The workshop will be led by dr. hab. inż. Malgorzata Zieba, prof. of Gdańsk Tech from the Department of Management. The workshop is part of the SWEPPP project: https://www.wellbeing4sustainability.eu/ and co-financed by the European Union.
