Enrollment for the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology starts on April 18

Enrollment Information
Standard admission begins on April 18 (Friday). Applications must be submitted via the university’s recruitment system (eRecruitment) by May 7 (Wednesday), 9:00 AM. All required documents should be uploaded as PDF scans, except for the color photo, which should be in JPG format.
NOTE! The office will be closed on May 1 and 2 and will not be accepting documents or responding to emails due to the long weekend.
A one-time, non-refundable application (admission) fee is required for participation in the admission process. The fee for standard admission is PLN 300, payable to the account specified in the recruitment (admission) system.

NOTE! Regulations regarding the Doctoral School have been prepared in Polish and then translated into English for information purposes only. The Polish version will prevail whenever there is a divergent interpretation between these texts.
An informational meeting has also been scheduled to be held on April 17, 2025 (Thursday) from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held online and conducted in English.

Please note that there is no enrollment for the Institute of Hydro-Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Civil Engineering, Geodesy, and Transport – ILGiT).
