Premiere of "The Big Book of Online Education"
The project leader of E-TECH was Dr. Eng. Marek Chodnicki from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology, with substantive leadership by MSc. Alina Guzik from the Faculty of Management and Economics. Additionally, key members of the implementation team from Gdańsk University of Technology included Dr. Iwona Mokwa-Tarnowska - editor, e-learning expert (CJO); MSc. Kinga Dytrych - graphic designer (FMEetw); MSc. Maciej Zaremba - editor, coordinator (WIMIO); Dr. Hab. Eng. Mariusz Deja, university professor - project supervisor (WIMIO).
"The Big Book of Online Education" is a unique, multimedia-rich publication written by an international team of authors - experts in methodology, modern education, and e-learning. It contains practical advice, inspiration, tools, usage scenarios, and examples of innovative teaching methods in academic practice. It is the richest guide of its kind in the higher education market, comprising nearly 300 pages of useful and beautifully crafted content. As part of the project, a certified e-learning course at three levels of proficiency was also implemented, along with a multimedia resource bank for use by academic teachers throughout Europe.
The E-TECH project, or Comprehensive Project for Distance Teaching Skills and Multimedia Resources for Technical Universities in Europe (2020-1-PL01-KA226-HE-096375), was financed by the European Union funds from the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership program.
