Announcement regarding the wearing of masks on campus

The ordinance of the rector of GUT was published, abolishing the obligation to cover the mouth and nose on the campus. At the same time, we encourage the academic community to continue using masks for the sake of health.

Pursuant to the ordinance of the Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology No. 23/2022, students, doctoral students, postgraduate students, university employees and other teachers are no longer required to cover their mouths and nose in generally accessible places in GUT buildings.

Hand disinfection and temperature measurement facilities are still available on campus

Let us add that the Minister of Health decided to abolish the obligation to wear masks from March 28 this year. In accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of March 25, 2022 on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic, covering with a mask, mouth and nose is still valid in buildings where medical activities are carried out, and in pharmacies.
