"Mastering Didactics"

Participation in the project will enable students to acquire competencies and skills in planning self-education, self-improvement, and developing their talents. Additionally, participation in the project will cultivate students' ability for critical thinking and argumentation, as well as self-motivation for further development. This project will be an excellent opportunity for the development of students with the greatest potential. At the same time, we will be able to build the intellectual capital of the university. The funding is allocated for the salaries of academic teachers conducting classes using tutoring methods as part of the normal course of study. The classes will last for one academic semester (about 5 months). One academic teacher will conduct classes with approximately 3 students selected for the project's target group, for a maximum of 100 hours. As part of project implementation, academic teachers designated by the university will also participate in foreign study visits for training, preceded by pre-departure meetings (the organization of study visits and pre-departure meetings is the responsibility of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education).
