We are developing our programmes and creating subjects that reinforce responsible attitudes among students, but we also promote content that shapes conscious leaders in many of the subjects in our portfolio. We want sustainable development to be embedded in the actions of our graduates, just as it is embedded in our mission.

Thematic modules within the subjects
We are aware that courses that focus solely on CSR are not enough to create future leaders and therefore we are incorporating leadership, ethics and social responsibility into other subjects such as:
- Fundamentals of Management
- Introduction to Management
- Organisation Science
- Entrepreneurship
- Lean Management
- Lean Manufacturing
- Production management
In these courses, students discuss aspects of social responsibility including responsibility for the effects of their actions, solving social problems and reducing the exploitation of natural resources.
MBA studies
- Faces of sustainable management, module in the studies of International MBA in Strategy, programme and Project Management. The aim of the module is to raise students' awareness of sustainable development, to develop competences for creating business value on the basis of respecting the principles of sustainable development and business ethics.
- Capstone Projects, student group projects at the end of the MBA course. Their goal is to apply the knowledge gained during the course of study to the implementation of a business or social enterprise. Many Capstone Projects are projects for the benefit of local communities or sustainable development goals.
In addition, sustainable development content is present in the majority of the subjects included in the International MBA studies, whether they relate to strategy, operational process improvement or organisational human capital management.
