Scholarships for international students - open call | Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology

Newly admitted international students who started their studies at Gdańsk Tech in the summer semester may apply for scholarships. The best will receive annual scholarships in the amount of PLN 1,250.00 per month. Applications can be submitted until Wednesday, March 16th.

Recruitment for scholarships for new foreign students admitted to second-cycle studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology has started, on a fee-based basis, in accordance with the appendix to the Circular Letter of the Rector of Gdańsk Tech No. 63/3030 of December 10, 2020.

Who can apply for a scholarship?

International students who started second-cycle studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology in the summer semester 2021/2022.

What should I do to apply for a scholarship?

To apply for a scholarship, you must submit an application (download: Application form_scholarship_Gdańsk University of Technology.pdf) with attachments: a first-cycle graduation diploma with a list of grades and an official grading scale in English (or translated into Polish by a sworn translator). Additionally, to the application and attachments, students may attach documents confirming outstanding achievements, e.g. a laureate's diploma in a competition, a copy of an article published in a scientific journal (max. 5 documents).

The best students will receive annual scholarships of PLN 1,250.00 per month (approximately EUR 255). The scholarship may be extended for another academic year if the student completes the first two semesters without any credit debt.

Until when can applications be submitted?

The last day for accepting applications is Wednesday, March 16th.

When and where will the results be announced?

The results will be announced on March 29 on the website www.pg.edu.pl/international (in the "News" section). Students who receive scholarships will also be informed about it by e-mail.
