Welcome to Faculty Management and Economics!

We would like to present general and important information for beginners in one place. With this, your adventure at our Faculty will be much more fun!

Organization of the Academic year 2023/24

Please note winter semester is held from October 2nd to January 25th, summer semester is held from February 21st to June 14th.

Exams sessions are as follows January 26th to February 6th and June 15th to June 26th (yellow color)

Retake exams are s following February 9th to February 15th and September 7th  to September 15th (green color)

ECTS (the European Credit Transfer System)

*There are points assigned to all courses subject to grading in the curriculum. It is assumed that a student should obtain 30 points per semester.

* If you fail to obtain the appropriate number of points, you have a point debt. The permitted debt is up to 12 points, which you must pay off in the next semester (repeating the failed course and paying a fee)

* A debt of over 18 credit points means you will be removed from the student list.

MY GUT in 6 steps!

Activating the account is easy:

1. Enter My GUT https://moja.pg.edu.pl/  

2. Click New Account

3. Pick your password

5. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION (a login message will appear)

6. Write down your login and never forget it

Now you can apply for an Electronic Student ID card! (more information about Student cards can be found HERE) and accept regulations, HERE you can find the full version.


Mandatory Training

When you start your studies at the GUT, you must complete 5 mandatory online courses:

  • Training from student platform (Szkolenie z platform student)
  • Health and Safety training for students (Szkolenie BHP z elementami pierw. pom.)
  • Library information skills- Level 1 (Kompetencje informacyjne)
  • eLearning (eNauczanie) - introductory training for students (eNauczanie- kurs wprowadzajcy dla studentów)
  • Training from regulations of studies (Szkolenie z Regulaminu Studiów)

*You should complete them before the start of the academic year, but if you are unable to do so, you can do it during the first semester!


eLearning (eNauczanie) platform address HERE 

*Remember to sign in to the eLearning platform at least once before the start of classes, because when you do, the teachers will be able to assign you to their courses with learning materials.

* To check your level so that you can be placed in the correct language group, you will need to take the placement test as soon as possible at the Language Centre (Building B, room 307).

* physical education classes are obligatory for all students.
