From 1st October, diploma examination will be held in the traditional way (in person).
In case of personal reasons or special cases, the University provides the possibility of remote presentation of a diploma. The request should be sent to the Vice - Dean of Student Affairs.
The template to be used:
LETTER OF APPLICATION - remote form (pdf, 209.07kB)The following documents should be submitted via eDocuments in the mojaPG platform:
- Bachelor's, engineer's/master's thesis topic assignment form,
- Request to change the supervisor/supervisor and the topic of the diploma thesis,
- Changing the topic of the diploma thesis WITHOUT supervisor change,
- Extension of the deadline for submission of the diploma thesis,
- Application for issuing a copy/additional copy of the graduation diploma in English and/or a copy/additional copy of the study completion supplement in English,
- Declaration of consent to waive the statutory deadline for notification of the diploma examination.
