Agnieszka Kurczewska
Associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at University of Lodz (Poland) and a visiting professor at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway). Agnieszka is a president of the European Council for Small Business & Entrepreneurship (ECSB). Her previous academic experience includes work at Aalto University, research stays at the University of Tampa and Lund University. At the University of Lodz, she was holding a position of vice-rector, responsible for external relations (2020-2024) and vice-dean at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology (2016-2020). She has created the regional entrepreneurship competition Eksoc StartUP! and the Academy of Entrepreneurship of the University of Lodz.

An active member of the Gdańsk Bay Tech Ecosystem Council and Board Member of TechPL, he has co-founded multiple technology ventures and brings extensive experience in business development, innovation strategy, and emerging technologies.
