The initiative for the creation of the Faculty Running Team dates back to the beginning of the academic year 2016/2017. The inaugural course was held on November 11, 2016 as part of Independence Run.
Since then, Team has been enriching students and faculty members, creating a unique club.

The idea of integrating employees and students of the Faculty of Management and Economics who like to run comes from dr Katarzyna Stankiewicz and prof. Aleksandra Parteka (representing the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Economic Law and the Chair of Economic Sciences): - The proposal is as follows: We try to integrate running staff and faculty members and start as a team in various competitions. We can set up a joint running, training; to exchange information, etc. I would like to emphasize that we are not about screwing the results, ultra marathon feats - the main goal is integration and good fun. We invite all: turtles as well as gazelles.
Participation in competitions:
Faculty Running Team regularly takes part in nationwide runs on different distances: marathon, a half marathon, the most popular 10km and a 5 km.
